If you get a stain on your garment, please avoid rubbing or wiping the stain, always blot and bring us the item as soon as possible. This single mistake accounts for more than half of the color or fabric damage from stains.

My wedding gown is yellow after a number of years of improper storage. What can I do?
Answer:
Bring it to us, and to begin with, we will carefully clean if there is no color change. Then it will require a restoration bath which will take about 4 days. We have been restoring garnaments for many years and are properly trained in this process.

Yes. We send the leathers to a leather specialty company that processes them on a daily basis. This company is highly qualified on current dying and tanning procedures. We have been sending leathers to this company for fifteen plus years, and we highly reccomend them.

Answer:
The price for a Tuxedo with shoes is $50.00 + tax it includes, Pants, Tux Coat, Shirt, Cumberbun, Tie, and Shoes. The vest is a $10.00 upcharge.

No one seems to know your fax number. I would like to order a tux and have measurements to fax.
Answer:
We do not take orders by fax, or phone. A $10.00 deposit is required to place an order. If you are out of town you can let someone local bring in your deposit with your measurements.

Can you clean a wool rug and how much would it be for a 6 by 10 rug?
Answer:
Yes, in most cases we can. it will need to be brought in to determine a cleaning method as well as the price. as there are many variables. If not we can recommend a solution.

Answer:
Yes, however the particular color you may choose comes as a set and the tie can be a long tie or a bow tie depending on color and style.

can i rent just the tux coat?
Answer:
No. We only rent suits or shirt tie vest combos. Our suits in most cases are less expensive than most other rental shops anyway.

I am looking for a cleaning service that specializes in beaded formal wear. I paid $500 for a WHITE McDougal formal for my daughter's senior prom. Did I mention that it is WHITE! In addition to being dirty/dingy, it also has black grease stains on the train--a little something she and at least two of her friends acquired courtesy of the limo. All Wet-Cleaning chemicals are enzyme based and self neutralizing. Our Dry-Cleaning solvent is not an EPA listed containment and is a naturally occurring synthesized solvent.Solvent milege is well above industry standards with our state of the art Dry-Cleaning machines. We recycle all steel IE hangers etc. All water consumption is closely monitored in our computer controlled Wet-Cleaning machines. We are constantly looking for ways to improve!

Hi, I am attending the Inca mardi gras ball this feb.10th,2012,I need to know how soon to be fitted for a tux/tail,white rental? trying to lose a few lbs before fitting...how late can I be fitted? To be safe no less than a week in advance; however, we do rent even up to the day of for an additional charge. Rentals are first come first serve, as we have booked out before. Please call and ask to speak with someone regarding dress purchase we can recommend several places.

I need to restore a 100% lambswool dress that i accidentally got in the washer and it shrink, do you think that you could make it to its original size???

Please bring it in and ask for Tommy or leave it with us for me to look at and i can call you. Hopefully you let it dry naturally. (not a dryer)
